Caroline Shaw has served as the Human Resources Director for the City of Bloomington since January of 2016. Bloomington’s Human Resources Department is proud to be at the forefront of progressive public sector human resources management practices. Additionally, Caroline oversees the benefits of over 700 municipal government employees and their families. She has a business background, a master’s degree in Public Health from the University of Kentucky, Society of Human Resources Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), and for several years served as adjunct faculty in the Healthcare Management program at Indiana University’s O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs.
Offering experience in business and healthcare management, and knowledge from attending four NLC-RISC Trustee Conferences, Caroline is committed to the Trust’s continued success and champions the value, stability, and quality that the Aim Medical Trust provides its member cities and towns.
