Virtual Clinic: Frequently asked questions about Virtual Visits, a new benefit covered by the Trust that enables you to see and talk to a doctor from your mobile device or computer without an appointment.

The Aim Medical Trust is focused on not only reducing today’s expenses but reducing health care costs for all our members in the years to come. We provide both funding and assistance to develop wellness programs promoting a healthier workforce. Additionally, all employees have access to on-site annual biometric screenings to help identify health concerns early when treatments can be most effective and less costly.

BIOMETRIC SCREENING PROGRAM
The Aim Medical Trust is proud to be partnering with Verve Health (Carmel, IN) to provide onsite Biometric Screenings for our members. We believe in the value of these screenings and understanding your numbers. When you put all these measurements together, you can assess your risk for heart disease, stroke, and diabetes. These illnesses and health conditions can be prevented with early detection, which is why knowing your numbers is so important.

EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
Virtual visits use secure video conferencing apps to connect you with Employee Assistance Program (EAP) providers online. With virtual visits, clinicians can assess and treat general mental health conditions, such as depression and anxiety. Treatment is provided by therapists who are part of the Optum provider network.

RALLY WELLNESS PORTAL
Rally is an interactive resource from UnitedHealthcare that uses industry-leading technologies, gaming and social media to engage employees in new ways. The participant employees and their families will be challenged to take greater daily ownership of their health. The Rally platform will offer an engaging experience designed to help people feel empowered and motivated through simple, fun interactions and personalization.

WELLNESS CREDITS PROGRAM
The Aim Medical Trust continues to promote wellness efforts and healthy lifestyles through Wellness Credits Reimbursement Program. This program gives our members financial support to help achieve these goals. The wellness credits can be used at the discretion of each member municipality based on Aim’s list of eligible services.

WELLNESS INCENTIVE
No matter your age or stage of life, annual wellness exams are essential to your ongoing health. Through Aim’s $100 Wellness Incentive Reward Program, municipal employees enrolled in the Aim Trust medical plan can earn a $100 gift card for completing their annual wellness exam.
